selected groups.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>So, how can we design processes that are simultaneously equitable, effective, and not perceived as favoring certain groups?<\/p>\n<p>During the meeting, we will explore the concept of <b>Universal Design<\/b> as an approach that enables the creation of solutions that are accessible, transparent, and useful for all \u2013 without the need for exceptions or &#8220;special tracks.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>We will discuss how to design processes (e.g., recruitment, feedback, development) to reduce the risk of inequality already at the creation stage and to build a
