For the fourth time, the Women Leaders conference will take place \u2013 a prestigious, recurring business meeting organized by the Women on Boards Poland club, which brings together women serving on the boards and supervisory boards of Poland’s largest companies. The event gathers business leaders, market experts, representatives of public administration, and the worlds of technology, finance, and energy, creating a space for dialogue on the future of management, the quality of strategic decisions, and the role of diversity in building modern organizations. <\/p>\n

The Women Leaders conference is aimed at professionals who want to promote women’s leadership, share business knowledge and experience, develop leadership competencies, and inspire others to take action. It is a unique opportunity to meet leaders representing key sectors of the economy \u2013 from energy and finance, through technology and industry, to media and public administration. <\/p>\n

Women Leaders is an initiative organized by the free business club Women on Boards Poland, whose goal is to support women in executive and supervisory roles and build a strong community of business leaders. The organizers emphasize that the foundation of the conference is creating a space for integration, exchange of experiences, and building valuable professional relationships. <\/p>\n

\u2013 We believe that the exchange of knowledge, inspiration, and experiences among conference participants enables more effective achievement of business goals, strengthens organizations, and inspires the setting of new paths for professional and personal development \u2013 the event organizers emphasize.<\/p>\n

This year’s edition focuses on the strategic role of human capital, the quality of decision-making processes in boards, and the impact of diversity on organizational resilience in conditions of dynamic economic, regulatory, and technological change.<\/p>\n

The conference will be opened by: Katarzyna Kotula, Minister for Equality in the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, and Adam Szejnfeld, Senator of the Republic of Poland and Honorary Member of the Women on Boards Club. <\/p>\n

The event program will feature three expert panel discussions dedicated to the most important challenges of contemporary governance and leadership.<\/p>\n

The first panel, titled “Talent pipeline to boards \u2013 why does the system not deliver a sufficient number of women leaders?” will focus on analyzing succession mechanisms, career paths to boards, and systemic barriers limiting women’s participation in top management. The discussion will include representatives from the energy, financial, and technology sectors, representing organizations such as Grupa Energa, Polskie Elektrownie J\u0105drowe, Amazon, and BLIK.<\/p>\n

The second panel \u2013 “The board as a decision-making system \u2013 how human capital affects organizational effectiveness, risk, and resilience” \u2013 will be devoted to the quality of decision-making processes in conditions of growing business complexity, energy transformation, digitalization, and regulatory pressure. Experts will discuss the impact of diversity of experience on board effectiveness, reducing groupthink, and building organizational resilience. <\/p>\n

One of the key program highlights will be the premiere of the Advantage report during the panel “Diversity in the board as a mechanism for decision quality \u2013 between intuition and risk management systems.” The discussion will focus on the impact of board structure on the quality of strategic deliberation, identification of systemic risks, and the effectiveness of governance mechanisms. <\/p>\n
