Summary of the event:
4000+ registered participants.
2 days, 67 countries, 505 cities.
We organized 49 inspiring sessions with 64 DEI experts, HR/business professionals and consultants.
We introduced a new online+ formula with 6 onsite workshops on DEI trends ( 40 participants ) and live audience engagement at the event venue.
We initiated a new way of thinking about DEI transformation and sustainable culture change by holding a lesson on DEI as a habit. The lesson inspired a “small steps, big results” approach and helped participants_women become architects of their own behavior (through the power of habits).
As part of the session: Train The Trainer under the theme DEI as a Habit, we trained 105 Facilitators from 24 countries and 14 organizations , who conducted classroom sessions in their organizations with about 500 participants ( 44 workshop groups, 40 office locations around the world! ).
This is the third time we have recognized companies with ERGs Excellence Awards.
