Author of 20+ articles popularizing the topic of D&I and editor of 2 books: "Managing Diversity in Business" and "The Essentials of D&I Management." Program Director of the annual D&I Changemakers conference (3000 participants, 60+ countries), co-coordinator of 20+ conferences and numerous seminars in the D&I field. Co-creator of the DEI Maturity Model, DEI Scanning/Audit methodology, Women’s Advancement Barriers Analysis Model for higher managerial positions, and Age Management Assessment methodology. Creator of the university course "Managing Diversity in Organizations" (Jagiellonian University). Member of the first Interdisciplinary Team appointed by the Mayor of Kraków to collaborate on the implementation of the "Open Kraków" Program.
