She ensures the smooth and proper functioning of Diversity Hub at an operational level: optimizing and synergizing our activities and supporting goals that help us grow and develop.
A manager with experience in Diversity & Inclusion and Learning & Development. She manages projects, builds and strengthens a community of DEI practitioners, and creates European partnerships while acquiring new projects. She manages the organization of subsequent editions of the global D&I Changemakers conference. She coordinates events, research, and reports. In the past, she developed media and marketing strategies for the largest Polish brands. She holds degrees in Polish philology, human resource management, journalism, and social communication, which provide a unique perspective to support the development of people and DEI initiatives.
