Expert in the field of DEI and HR with over 15 years of business experience as a leader, trainer, facilitator, and consultant. She has worked with over 400 organizations across 6 continents, both online and onsite. She specializes in intercultural communication, inclusive leadership, and neurodiversity.
She has over 15 years of international business experience. She has collaborated with over 400 clients in various countries, leading and co-creating HR and D&I projects as a business advisor, consultant, and facilitator. As a volunteer and active influencer, she also led the Society for Intercultural Education, Training & Research (SIETAR Poland) as the president of the board from 2019 to 2021. She holds a Master's degree in Cultural Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology (both with a specialization in communication), as well as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for HR certificate from Cornell University and an Associate CIPD qualification.
