Privacy Policy
The administrator of your personal data is the Diversity Hub Foundation, 6/4 Poznanska St., 30-012 Krakow, Poland (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”).
We process your data in our database exclusively for the following purposes:
- Contact and handling of correspondence. When you contact us through available means of communication, e.g. e-mail, social messaging, you naturally provide your personal data contained in the content of your correspondence. Providing data is a condition for contact. In addition, the communication system records your IP number that you used when sending a message. The data is processed for the purpose of communication, which is our legitimate interest. Once the communication is completed, the data goes into an archive for the possible establishment, investigation or defense of claims related to the communication.
- Self-marketing and educational activities. We conduct a number of educational or informational activities within the framework of the Diversity Hub Foundation’s activities, in particular, sending messages, information, correspondence regarding projects, conferences, trainings, workshops, working groups, research and other activities organized or co-organized by the Diversity Hub in the area of diversity management, among others;
- Analysis, statistics and internal goals of the Diversity Hub Foundation. Analytics, We conduct analytical and statistical activities using tools provided by third-party vendors. Within the analytics tools, we only have access to Anonymous Information. We base the processing of this information on our legitimate interest, which is to create, view and analyze statistics related to user activity on the site in order to draw conclusions that allow us to optimize our activities later. From the tools, we only have access to a set of statistics and information not assigned to specific individuals. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (“RODO”).
Recipients of personal data in connection with the implementation of the indicated purposes may be persons authorized by the Foundation (employees, associates) and persons to whom the Foundation has entrusted the processing of data on the basis of separate agreements concluded in connection with the implementation of the indicated purposes (such as the organization of conferences, research, training, etc.), as well as recipients such as couriers.
We inform you about the right to access, rectify, amend, erase, restrict processing of personal data, the right to data portability, the right to object to processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of personal data violates applicable laws. We also inform you of the possibility of withdrawing the consent given here at any time, without affecting the legality of processing that took place on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
Provision of data is voluntary, but necessary to participate in events organized by the Foundation (training, workshops, conferences, content sharing, etc.).
Lack of consent prevents participation in these events.
