Diversity Hub Mission

The mission of Diversity Hub is to support people and companies who value the idea of an open, inclusive organization. Each year, we offer a range of free activities to support the development of individuals within the DEI ecosystem who are engaged in creating inclusive workplaces.

We are building a community

Within our extensive community, we build an environment of mutual support, benchmarking, and developing and testing new solutions. This is made possible, among other things, by our extensive network of partnerships and the execution of various projects funded by external sources, which you can get involved in.

Creating know-how

Many years of involvement in international partnerships and the creation and development of the European Diversity & Inclusion Network (EDIN) have allowed us to develop and gather an extensive database of training materials, tools and other publications in the area of DEI, which we now make available to build a knowledge base in the companies we work with.
