Founder and CEO of Diversity Hub. As a DEI expert, she works mainly in the area of implementing strategic DEI policies and projects in companies. She trains executives in understanding DEI in business and unconscious bias. She has authored international projects in the area of DEI education and innovation.
A PhD in Humanities and one of the most experienced DEI leaders in Poland, Anna has been active in the business world since 2002. She specializes in strategic consulting for executive boards, successfully bridging inclusivity goals with business results. Anna is the author of systemic solutions designed to counter discrimination and mobbing in the workplace. In her practice, she leverages empathy and mindfulness to translate expert knowledge into practical tools for leaders. Her expertise has supported leadership teams at organizations such as McDonald’s, Santander, T-Mobile, IKEA, and Warner Bros. Discovery.
