DEI area expert, facilitator, Design Thinking facilitator, organizational culture researcher. Conducts research, consulting, strategic and communication processes in the DEI area. Supports innovation incubation processes, researches and designs social innovations. She researches trends.
Katarzyna has nearly 20 years of experience in supporting organizations. She is a graduate of Cultural Studies from Jagiellonian University and Political Sociology from Dalarna University in Sweden.
She leads strategic processes for global brands in the areas of DEI, innovation, and future trends. She works with creativity. Her areas of expertise include DEI research, workshops introducing DEI topics in organizations, age and generational issues, leadership, train-the-trainer programs, and communication processes related to DEI.
She is the co-author of a guide on career development for experienced employees and the co-author of scripts for international educational films about Generation Y.
Katarzyna collaborates with the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow, Faculty of Industrial Design, and SWPS in Krakow.
