Michalina and her team create Diversity & Inclusion strategies in organizations that comprehensively address the process of organizational culture change. She is the author of several international projects supporting leadership competency development and a certified Facilitator of the Leadership Development program.

She creates and supports the implementation of DE&I strategies, conducts anti-discrimination workshops, and intercultural competency training, especially in collaboration with India. As the president of SIETAR Poland (Society for Intercultural Education, Training and Research), she managed a dispersed 100-person organization. She created a space for the development of intercultural professionals. She has worked for companies such as Schneider Electric, PepsiCo, AON, ArcelorMittal, ABB, Motorola, Fujifilm, Roche, and Żabka.
