She has more than 9 years of corporate experience, primarily recruiting for one of the world's largest investment banks, so she has a keen understanding of the challenges and complexities of hiring processes in today's world.
Her work is based on the belief that meaningful changes in human behavior require both a solid scientific foundation and practical tools that can drive real transformation. This belief shapes her approach to creating training programs and consulting services specifically designed to address the challenges faced by recruiters, interviewers and managers. Rejecting generic solutions in favor of precision and evidence-based strategies, she supports organizations in moving beyond traditional unconscious bias training.
Her academic path also reflects her commitment to the DEI. She holds a master's degree in human rights from the London School of Economics (LSE), complementing her previous studies in journalism and social communication and international relations. This background provides her with in-depth knowledge of communications, human rights and global diversity - key elements in shaping an inclusive work environment. She is also a certified leader in Inclusive Leadership, certified by the London School of Economics. Her approach emphasizes the importance of diversity in leadership and decision-making processes.
