Michał is a DEI expert, a graduate of Gender Studies at the Polish Academy of Sciences and Russian philology (with a translation and business profile in Poland and Russia). She has gained over 10 years of professional experience in both Polish companies and international corporations such as IKEA, Capgemini, and Infosys, which has given her an excellent understanding of the complexity of procedures and processes in a global environment.
She specializes in designing DEI strategies, implementing inclusive language, and building business allyship. She is the co-author of handbooks on trans-inclusivity and the organizer of Poland's first inclusive film festival. She holds numerous international certifications, including from Parsons School of Design and ESSEC Business School. Her superpower is meticulousness and empathy, which enable her to systematically develop solutions for the largest organizations. She currently oversees the DEI area in one of the state-owned companies.
