  • Restructuring and collective redundancies – What burdens employees the most during uncertainty? How to conduct conversations that reduce anxiety rather than amplify it?
  • Leadership support – How can leaders support teams when they don’t have all the answers? The role of transparent and consistent communication.
  • Mental health perspective – What happens to employees’ mental wellbeing in times of uncertainty? Signs of overload and tools for regulating tension. Micro-rituals and everyday practices that build resilience.
  • Strategies for coping with fear and uncertainty – How to regain a sense of agency and control? Mindfulness-based tools and techniques rooted in psychology and bodywork.
  • Where is DEI in all of this? – How organizational changes affect different employee groups.

with the participation of Tadeusz Reimus, CMO of Mental Health Helpline

A practising integrative psychotherapist, ICF-accredited coach (PCC level), consultant, and psychologist by education and vocation. He brings long-standing experience working with organizations at all hierarchical levels, with expertise in designing and implementing interventions, support programmes and training policies.
