Why the Manufacturing Sector?
The first edition of the “Culture Changemakers” series is dedicated entirely to the manufacturing industry. It’s a space where DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) challenges are unique—shaped by the pace of work, organizational structures, and the physical nature of the tasks performed. Driving change in such an environment requires not only a strategy but also humility, empathy, and an understanding of local realities.
