She gained her professional experience mainly in the UK, where for many years she supported businesses in building conscious, diverse and inclusive workplaces. Since 2021, also in Poland, she has been actively involved in educational and consulting activities on diversity, equal opportunities and implementation of DEI strategies.
He works with organizations at home and abroad to help create long-term strategies for building open and supportive organizational cultures - based on mutual respect, psychological safety and authentic dialogue.
