What is Neurodiversity Pride Day?
Neurodiversity Pride Day is an international day to celebrate neurodiversity – a movement created by neurodiverse people, for neurodiverse people and their allies. It’s not just a symbolic holiday, but also a call to action: to break stereotypes, amplify the voice of neurodiverse people and build a world where every person has the space to flourish – not just fit in.
It’s a day of self-acceptance, appreciation of your differences, and togetherness, whether you’re a person with a diagnosis, self-diagnosis, or still exploring your path.
In fact, we are celebrating Neurodiversity Pride Day for much longer than one day. Dozens of events take place over many days in dozens of countries stationary as well as online. Therefore, it is really easy for any person to join.

Neurodiversity Pride Day is the largest event of its kind in the world.
Neurodiversity Foundation – initiator of the movement
The movement was conceived and organized by The Neurodiversity Foundation , the oldest and most active neurodiversity organization in the Netherlands. The foundation has been active since 2016, implementing projects that aim to bring society closer to the world of people with different types of minds.
Diversity Hub has been a partner of The Neurodiversity Foundation since 2023. We support each other in our activities because we share a common goal – to build an environment open to neuroatypical people.

On a daily basis, we work for neuro-inclusiveness in the workplace – we support organizations in creating a work environment in which neurodiverse people can develop and fulfill themselves.We create strategies, train, conduct audits, conduct awerness activities, support talent attraction projects, our Mental Health HelpLine supports the area of neurodiversity diagnosis, and we create innovations in the area of neurodiversity by working with universities.
How can you get involved in celebrating neurodiversity?
Neurodiversity Pride Day is a space for everyone – whether you are a neurodiversity person, an ally, a leader in an organization or simply want to support the idea of greater inclusivity. Whether you work in a corporation, are active in an NGO, in the education sector or just want to show solidarity The opportunities to get involved are many!
