DATE: March 26, 2026

TIME: 09:00 – 12:00

OUR HOST WILL BE Womai.

What will we talk about?

  • Experience instead of theory

    • What does it really mean to move through space without sight?
    • How does perception, relationships and sense of security change when we lose our dominant sense?
    • We will start the meeting by attending the “Toward Darkness” exhibition at the WOMAI Science and Senses Center – guided by blind guides, we will experience reality from a different perspective.
  • Different faces of disability
    • Disability is not only what is visible.
    • What barriers are created between us by buildings, processes, technologies and unwritten norms?
    • What hinders and what realistically turns it on?
  • Accessibility in practice – not in declarations

    • What is true accessibility?
    • How to design space, communication and tasks so that they are inclusive for people with different needs?
    • Where to start in an organization – small steps or systemic change?
  • Technology, processes, culture

    • Where do barriers most often arise: in architecture, in recruitment, in onboarding, in digital tools?
    • How to diagnose and remove them before they exclude part of the syndrome?
  • DEI Perspective

    • How to wisely integrate the topic of disability into diversity and inclusion strategies?
    • How do you build a work environment that not only “takes into account” but realistically enhances?

The meeting will be moderated by Diversity Hub expert and HR Fair Play president Agata Spała-Zakrzewska.

Agata specializes in inclusive hiring and diversity management, with a particular focus on including people with disabilities in the work environment. For the past 15 years, she has supported organizations in designing and implementing solutions that realistically increase accessibility, strengthen a culture of openness and develop responsible leadership.

Participation is free, but registration is required.
